Who we are and what this site does

Nacogdoches TX Mobile Home Leveling (the "Site") is operated by J&N Peak LLC, 759 Hunter Trace Lane, Lavon, TX 75166, reachable at JayPeak1425@gmail.com. The Site is an independent lead generation and referral service. The Site does not perform mobile home leveling, repair, inspection, or any related work, and nothing on the Site is an offer to perform such work.

When you submit a form or call a number shown on the Site, your information may be shared with one or more independent local contractors so they can contact you. All work is performed solely by those independent contractors, who are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, and pricing. J&N Peak LLC does not employ, supervise, control, or warrant any contractor, and is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor.

We make no guarantee of work, pricing, availability, or outcome. Any quote, schedule, warranty, or service commitment comes exclusively from the contractor you choose to hire.

Acceptable use

By using the Site you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Submit requests on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site, probe its security, or scrape its content at scale.
• Use the Site's content, including text and images, without permission, except as allowed by law.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Because J&N Peak LLC does not perform or warrant any work, claims about workmanship, pricing, scheduling, property damage, or injury must be directed to the contractor involved.
